Republic of Loose in Q Magazines 'Albums Of The Century'

This months Q Magazine includes the 100 albums of the century as nominated by a host of musicians, Authors, comedians, politicians, DJ’s and Actors.
Republic of Loose’ ‘Aaagh!’ has been nominated by Author Irvine Welsh.
The Trainspotting author went on to say – “It’s a great, fun, party album. They’re a party band – there’s loads of them onstage. It’s got one of the greatest songs of all time in Comeback Girl and one of the most fantastically twisted love songs in The Idiots”
Q magazine added “Ruminations on semen and sodomy…”

December 6th, 2009 at 11:04 amI’m a big fan of Republic of Loose and have missed goin to their gigs since I moved to Melbourne..Its definately one of the best albums I’ve ever heard and every album after it has been awesome!!
Any chance ye’ll be comin to Oz soon?
